Introduction:
ECL Glass GeoComposite coated bitumen is an asphalt reinforcement composite which combines a high tensile E type Fiberglass grid with a lightweight non-woven by warp-knitting processing. Then both of them coated with modified bitumen to strengthen the bond with the asphalt layers.
This geogrid composite provides excellent performance in stress relief and to prevent reflective cracking in asphalt overlays. ECL Geocomposite reduces maintenance costs and extends the service life of the overlay.
