GlassFiber GeoComposite coated Bitumen
- Asphalt Reinforcement Paving Geogrid
Instruction:
ECL Glassfiber GeoComposite coated bitumen is an asphalt reinforcement composite which combines a high tensile Fiberglass geogrid with a lightweight non-woven by warp-knitting processing. Then both of them coated with modified bitumen to strengthen the bond with the asphalt layers.
This geogrid geocomposite provides excellent performance in stress relief and to prevent reflective cracking in asphalt overlays. ECL Geocomposite reduces maintenance costs and extends the service life of the asphalt overlay.
This Glass GeoComposite already CE Approved by BTTG, UK
Applications:
-
Surface course reinforcement -
Cracks prevention and road maintanance and repair
-
Asphalt or Concrete road resurfacing -
Airport Construction
Features:
- High-strength, low elongation
- High asphalt absorption / retention
- Good separation against moisture and gases to road base.
- Better bonding strength with surface layers.
- Easy installation and save labor cost.
